• Suitable gentle horses will be available 7 days a week. All you have to do is sign up for the day and time you plan to ride.
  
  
• Lessons are not included in the price of the lease, however riders must take a minimum of one lesson a week. Delete the following: The good news is, it's included in your 'Lease-On" program.

• This is not an exclusive lease, however the program will limit the use of the horse you're leasing and you have first priority to use it for a show.    Delete the following:There will be a pool of quality horses available for you to ride. Each participant will have horses to ride that will suit their current riding skill level.

• All riders must take a minimum of one lesson a week. The good news is, it's included in your 'Lease-On" program.

• The membership will be limited to 20 leases. This is not an exclusive lease.

We offer 3 month "Value Paks" and... an INCREDIBLE one year program!

• Must qualify to join. All riders must attain a competent level before being eligible.
• Must have a schedule of riding days.
• Must obey barn rules and schedules.
• Must take your weekly minimum lesson.
• Must use correct tack.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Must ride in the "buddy system". When not in a lesson, riders (children and adults) must have a responsible adult on the property at all times.
• Must make payments in advance of membership session. To keep membership current, all payments should be on time.
